Pit-mounted planning for flush-floor turntable projects
Pit-mounted turntables are suited to new-build villas, basement garages and permanent installations where a flush floor finish is preferred.
Pit depth is commonly 250mm for standard pit-mounted CTA / CTS turntables.
Pit diameter should be the turntable diameter plus 30-40mm, with diameter and circularity tolerance controlled carefully.
Concrete thickness should be 200mm or above, with C30 or higher concrete strength.
Floor flatness should be controlled within 5mm to reduce noise and rail issues.
A PVC conduit larger than 50mm should be embedded near the electrical cabinet side.
Outdoor installations need drainage; 50mm or 75mm PVC drainage is commonly used depending on rainfall and site conditions.

Commercial terms
Quotation, payment, delivery and warranty notes
These notes are converted from Huanyu's sales rules. Final terms are confirmed in the quotation or contract for each project.
Quote validity
Most quotations are valid for 7-15 days. Prices may be adjusted after validity because of raw material, exchange rate or freight changes.
Payment
Custom orders usually require 50% deposit after order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment.
Trade terms
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP quotations can be prepared according to destination and service scope.
Warranty
Product warranty is normally 12 months, subject to the final quotation or contract.
Installation support
Drawings, manuals, videos and remote technical support can be provided. On-site service is quoted separately.
