These terms apply to general use of this website and preliminary B2B communication with Shandong Huanyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.. Final commercial terms are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or signed contract.
Website information
Product descriptions, model data, reference price ranges and installation notes are provided for buyer evaluation. Final specifications, drawings, scope and pricing must be confirmed in writing before production.
Quotations
Quotation validity is normally 7-15 days unless stated otherwise. Final price may vary by diameter, rated load, configuration, surface finish, trade term, destination and freight conditions.
Payment and production
Custom orders usually require a deposit after order confirmation and balance payment before shipment. Production starts after drawings, specifications, payment and commercial terms are confirmed.
Installation and local compliance
Huanyu can provide drawings, manuals, videos and remote technical support. Local civil work, electrical work, permits and code compliance are the responsibility of the buyer and local contractors unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty and support
Warranty is normally 12 months, subject to the final quotation or contract. On-site labor, travel, visa, accommodation and other local costs are quoted separately when required.
