These terms apply to general use of this website and preliminary B2B communication with Shandong Huanyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.. Final commercial terms are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or signed contract.
Website information
Product descriptions, model data and installation notes are provided for buyer evaluation. Public pages do not create a fixed price or engineering commitment. Final specifications, drawings, warranty scope and pricing must be confirmed in writing before production.
Quotations
Quotation validity is stated on each offer. Final price may vary by diameter, rated load, configuration, surface finish, trade term, destination, exchange rate, raw material cost and freight conditions.
Payment and production
The standard payment term is 50% deposit after order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, unless the final quotation, proforma invoice or contract states otherwise. Production starts after drawings, specifications, payment and commercial terms are confirmed.
Installation and local compliance
Huanyu can provide drawings, manuals, videos and remote technical support. Local civil work, electrical work, permits and code compliance are the responsibility of the buyer and local contractors unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty and support
The complete machine is covered by a one-year warranty. Final warranty scope, excluded items and service details follow the quotation, proforma invoice or contract. On-site labor, travel, visa, accommodation and other local costs are quoted separately when required.
