Pitless CTB Turntable

CTB series

Pitless CTB Turntable

A CTB pitless car turntable installs above a suitable finished concrete floor without a deep foundation pit. Its 120 mm low-profile platform is useful for completed garages and showrooms, but floor strength, flatness, ramp space and vehicle ground clearance still need review before quotation.

Fast CTB floor review

Send floor and vehicle details before choosing a pitless CTB turntable

A pitless car turntable avoids a deep foundation pit, but it still depends on floor strength, flatness, ramp space and vehicle clearance. Send the finished-floor condition first so Huanyu can judge whether CTB is practical before quoting.

What to send first

Garage, showroom or driveway use and whether the floor is already finished
Available diameter or platform area, plus ramp space around the turntable
Vehicle model, wheelbase, weight, width and ground clearance
Concrete floor photos, flatness, slab condition and drainage situation
Voltage, finish preference, destination country and site photos or drawings

CTB pitless system

120 mm low-profile installation without a deep foundation pit

The CTB series is designed for finished garages, showrooms and renovation projects where deep excavation is not practical. A surrounding ramp helps the vehicle enter the platform smoothly.

Best fit

Choose CTB when civil work must stay light

A pitless car turntable is strongest when the floor is already finished and the buyer wants a practical turning solution without cutting a deep foundation pit.

Site suitability comes down to whether a 120 mm raised structure, a ramp, the selected vehicle load and the required turning diameter can fit together. CTB can reduce civil work, but it still needs floor and clearance review.

This option is usually useful for finished homes, garages, showrooms, renovation projects and temporary display areas. It is less suitable when the design requires a perfectly flush finished floor or when the existing slab cannot be verified.

Use the comparison guide when the project is still choosing between surface-mounted CTB and recessed CTA. Once CTB is the likely direction, this product page is the place to review its planning range, site boundary and quotation inputs.

Not ideal for

Projects that require a completely flush floor with no visible ramp.
Soft ground, weak slabs or floors whose condition and levelness cannot be verified.
Sites where the ramp would block doors, walkways, parking lines or vehicle clearance.
Outdoor locations where water can collect around the platform without drainage planning.
Project situation
Use CTB when
Check before quote
Finished garage or showroom
Use CTB when the existing slab is suitable and the owner wants to avoid deep excavation.
Confirm floor flatness, slab condition, ceiling clearance and available ramp area.
Renovation or leased space
Use CTB when construction interruption must stay low and the layout may change later.
Confirm that the raised platform and ramp are acceptable for daily vehicle movement.
Low-clearance sports cars
Use CTB only after ramp angle, tire path and front overhang are reviewed.
Send vehicle model, wheelbase, ground clearance and site photos before quote.
Outdoor or semi-outdoor area
Use CTB only when water flow around the ramp and platform can be controlled.
Confirm drainage, anti-slip finish, electrical protection and local installation practice.
Narrow gate or angled approach
Use CTB only after the entrance and tire path are checked against the platform and ramp.
Send the entrance clear width, approach direction, available circular area and a marked plan or video.

Evidence-backed quote handoff

Separate early catalog planning from project confirmation

A faster CTB review starts with complete site inputs and ends with project-specific documents. This keeps a planning range from being mistaken for an approved site design.

Buyer or site team sends

Vehicle data, entrance and approach dimensions, floor condition, local power, destination, site photos and a CAD plan or marked sketch.

Huanyu reviews

Whether CTB suits the site, the planning diameter and load, ramp footprint, cable and control inputs, and the quotation and support scope.

Project documents govern

Catalog values support early planning only. The approved model drawing, quotation and installation documents govern production and site work.

CTB quote input checklist

Send these details first. They help Huanyu confirm whether the pitless structure, ramp and platform size are realistic for the site.

Largest vehicle make/model or its length, width, wheelbase, weight and ground clearance
Available circular area, entrance clear width and vehicle approach direction
Indoor, outdoor, garage, showroom or driveway use
Floor photos, concrete condition, levelness and any known slab information
Ramp tolerance, nearby doors or walkways, drainage and cable route
Voltage, frequency, phase, destination and preferred delivery term
A CAD plan, marked sketch or short site video if the floor is already finished

Pitless car turntable FAQ

Does a CTB pitless car turntable need any pit?

The CTB series is designed as a surface-mounted pitless structure, so it does not use the same deep foundation pit as a recessed CTA project. The slab, anchoring, ramp, cable route and local site preparation still need project review.

Is 120 mm low enough for daily garage use?

For many finished garages and showrooms, the 120 mm CTB height can be managed with a surrounding ramp. Low-clearance cars should be checked by vehicle data and ramp layout before production.

Can Huanyu provide installation support if there is no local team?

Huanyu can provide drawings, photos, videos and remote guidance. A local electrician or installer should still review floor, power and site safety before installation.
