A pit-mounted car turntable is recessed into a prepared foundation pit. This option creates a cleaner flush-floor appearance and is often selected for new-build villas, basement garages and permanent driveway projects.

The main decision is not only appearance. Buyers should compare available floor height, construction schedule, drainage, power conduit, vehicle load, and whether the site can accept a prepared concrete pit.
